Quality
At LWA Engineering, quality production and client satisfaction underpins every aspect of our organisation. Quality Assurance (to ISO 9000 specifications) is evident from the first enquiry to the tendering and planning process and continues through each stage of every project until completion.
Quality is evident in the skilled personnel and tradesmen we commission to carry out the work required in our workshop or site location. Every department within LWA Engineering is responsible for and contributes to the Quality we have become known for. Total Quality Management ensures that LWA Engineering produces all work to client specification and referred standards as used by the contractor, using inspection, testing and accredited methods. Throughout the life of a project all required testing is conducted by certified authorities and each stage approved, prior to commencement of the next. LWA Engineering requires the following certifications, before the completed contract or any section of the contract is handed over to the client:
• (Piping Code – AS4041)
• (Boiler Fabrication – AS1210)
• (Structural Steel – AS1554)
